Preferred 'Green Customer' Discount Scheme *

As a Planet hugger Preferred Green Customer, you will enjoy savings on all routine cleanings provided that you maintain weekly, bi-weekly or monthly intervals along with meet our other criteria outlined below. Because Planet Hugger whole-heartedly wishes to encourage green behavior, we are offering the following discount scheme to qualified clients:
5% Discount for those who can demonstrate one of the mentioned criteria below.
10% Discount for those who can demonstrate two or more of the following mentioned criteria.
  • You own and use a vehicle that achieves 40+ mpg.
  • You own and use a hybrid vehicle.
  • You own and use an alternative fuel vehicle.
  • You carpool to your place of work.
  • You walk/bicycle to your place of work.
  • You own energy star rated appliances.
  • Your home is partially/wholly solar powered.
  • You have desert landscape both front and back.
  • You utilize gray water for landscape water usage.
  • You recycle your plastics, glass and paper appropriately.

Neighborhood Fuel-Saving Discount Scheme*

If you and your neighbor(s) use our service regularly and we are able to schedule both (or all) neighbors back to back, we will discount our service by 10% to all participating neighbors to reward for reduced fuel usage.
*Note about Discounts- Discount schemes cannot be combined to exceed 10%. The maximum allowable discount for routine cleans is 10%. You risk losing your discount if you fail to maintain at least monthly intervals.

Referral Program

Planet Hugger considers it a great compliment when you refer new clients to us. With each successful referral who begins regular interval cleanings of weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, the following rewards will be given:
$25.00 Gift Certificate to Referring Client.
$25.00 Gift Certificate to Referred Client.
$25.00 credit is payable to each party upon the new client's second successive cleaning with Planet Hugger. A new client is defined as a non-user for at least six months prior to referral.

Free Recycling Take-Away Service

For apartment/condominium residents or others with no on-site recycling, Planet Hugger offers a free recycling take-away service. We accept your bagged recycling, however cannot take away very large items. Our recycle service is our way of helping you to be greener everyday with the greatest convenience, plus it helps you qualify for our green discount!

Planet Hugger is Insured and Bonded.
Our team will always be uniformed.
Keys will be coded without your personal information and secured.
Keys will never be sent via mail and only returned in person by an authority.

Policies

Cancellation/Re-Scheduling
As a courtesy, please notify Planet Hugger of any impending cancellation, schedule change request or additional task requests at least 2 business days prior to scheduled day of service. Failure to provide this notice or if we are unable to access your home means the full price of our scheduled service will need to be charged. For your convenience, you may make your request online at www.earthmaids.com, then click service request. Also, you may contact us directly at 1-877-MAID-ECO. Please do not make requests through your cleaning team directly to ensure your request is handled by someone with authority.

Scheduled Arrival Window

We will always strive to meet your scheduled, however due to the dynamics of scheduling, we may only be able to offer arrival windows of 4 hours, for example between 8:00 and 12:00 or between 12:00 and 4:00.

Payments

Planet Hugger wishes to offer you the greatest level of convenience for settling payment. For your convenience we accept the following:

Please Note:
-You must settle in full on the day of service.
-Fees: Failure to pay on date of service $15, Returned check fee $25.

Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. Planet Hugger will re-do any reasonably deemed unsatisfactory work if notified within 24 hours of the service in question, or if preferred your next clean will be done at a 20% discount. Notification to be made by telephoning 1-877-MAID-ECO if service provider(s) have left, or direct to the service provider on site if possible in order to allow immediate rectification.
